"I am not someone who likes change, especially in an area I am not familiar in (car insurance terms). That is why I was with my previous car insurance company for over 10 years. When we added a new (to us) car on our policy, our monthly payment amount was more than double and almost $400 a month. I put my info into a website and tons of companies reached out to me. I still was unsure about leaving the company I was with. Miranda from State Farm never gave up on me. She continuously reached out and was the only agent who sent me an actual quote with items and numbers. Everyone else just wanted me to call them. When I finally got up the courage to call her, she spent so much time going over every detail with me. She explained to me what everything meant and answered all of my questions- something I struggled with from my old insurance company. Miranda even got me renters insurance- which is something I also struggled with since multiple agencies told me they wouldn’t cover a manufactured home. Not only did Miranda take the time to explain things to me, got me a much more reasonable monthly payment, AND got me renters insurance- she also gave me a peace of mind and honestly was so patient with my anxiety of change! Would recommend Miranda at State Farm to anyone looking for a great and fair car insurance experience!"
